Where your donation goes
We're 100% volunteer run, so donations go to the work itself.
Building a trail takes more than volunteers with tools. Before ground can be broken on a shared-use path, a route has to be studied, engineered, and agreed with the landowners along it — and that work has to be paid for.
A study of the Trolley Line Trail begins in the fall of 2026 and runs through the summer of 2027. It will gather public input, assess whether the trail is feasible, and put a number on what it would cost to build.
Building it is the part still to be paid for. Donations go toward construction once the study is complete — and in the meantime, toward the volunteer work days that maintain and expand the trails at Braddock's Trail Park.
Friends of Norwin Trails, Inc is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Our EIN is 92-3432619.
